    每日八杯水

    第1杯水:起床后。
    一整夜的睡眠刚刚结束,清晨醒来,身体开始缺水,起床后应先空腹喝250毫升的温开水,可帮助肾脏及肝脏排毒,建议添加少许蜂蜜,可以帮助滋润皮肤。

    第2杯水:刚到公司,开始工作以前。
    即将进入忙碌的工作状态,人的情绪随之紧张,情绪处于兴奋状态,身体会因此产生轻度脱水的现象。喝完之后,建议再来小半杯咖啡,帮助迅速提神。

    第3杯水:午饭前半小时。
    在空调环境和电脑屏幕前工作了一段时间后,肌肤极易出现许多小细纹,显得黯淡无光,因此一定要及时给自己补充第三杯水。

    第4杯水:午饭后一小时。
    餐后喝一杯水可以稀释午餐摄入的大量盐分,防止浮肿和缺水,加强身体的消化功能,维持好身材。

    第5杯水:下午4:00。
    这杯水除了补充在空调环境中流失的水分外,还有助于保持头脑清醒。

    第6杯水:下班离开办公室前。
    下班离开办公室前再喝一杯水,回家的路上才不会因为口干舌燥而使皮肤起皮干裂。

    第7杯水:晚饭前半小时。
    如果想要靠喝水减肥,在晚餐前的这个时段,还可以多喝一杯以增加饱足感,从而减少晚餐食物的摄入量。

    第8杯水:睡前一小时。
    睡前一个小时之前饮用一杯水,能补充睡眠中因出汗而流失的水分。这杯水也可以用一杯安神助眠的纯牛奶代替,不过这杯水不能喝太多,否则第二天早上会出现眼袋和面部水肿。
